I'm very excited about it, ... I've watched this defense ever since I got into the league in 2000. They strive to be great players. Great players want to play on great defenses.

They break down everything, ... They go over the nuances, little things: Why are we playing this defense in the big scheme of things, not just as it relates to defensive linemen? Where does the safety fit? Why are we playing it on first down? Why are we going to this coverage? Where is your support on a double-team? So we know what to do no matter what happens.

They decided to go another way. It gave me another opportunity to open another door and come down to Tampa. It kind of worked in my favor.

It's weird, man. I felt like a wrestler.

Take the head off the chicken, and it runs around. The defence has been doing that way before I got here. It's just a staple. You say, 'Tampa,' and you think of defence.

You show your traits off on tape. Let your action speak to how good you are. Too many guys out there want to talk about how they play. Show it off on tape.

That's why you never look at the (betting) line. You never look if you're playing at home or away. You just look at the next game on the schedule.

And the officials have officials looking over their shoulder, too. So I'm sure they're calling it right down the middle.

Coach (Jon) Gruden has done a great job trying to simulate the noise. All you have to do is communicate. If you can communicate with each other and get some results, it becomes very quiet up there.
